Two months ago I called customer service, someone from Manila Philippines answered, I made payments arrangements with her, I made the payments for 2 months, the third month they cut my service, and they have no record of the arrangement, but yes Washington Gas had records of the payments. The demanded the full payment saying now your service is cut is not possible to make payments arrangements.

My question What about honoring and recording previous ones?. Your company is going to *** just wait.

I told the supervisor I am disabled (stroke), that I am SS total disable, she said there is nothing to help me.

I said remember that when you guys come asking for money to Fairfax County to continue to provide the lousy services you do, I will have the answer for you. Things will change when two or three companies provide gas to this area Choice will changethe way they treat us

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
