Washington Gas - Worst service from a utility company

I took nearly 5 months to disconnection and cery poorly organized company in the whole world . Everything is so complicated and no clear picture. Too much rework and they do not provide any information. I have spent several days talking to them . Sever amandments is a painful and no help from Gas. I wish to have other utilities but no option
