Washington Gas is an incompetent company with poor customer service and no follow up on justified complaints. They provide about 2 weeks for paying their bills and will place a fine even if you did not receive the bill from them. Beats me how they have an A+ rating...

Washington Gas - Worst service from a utility company

I took nearly 5 months to disconnection and cery poorly organized company in the whole world . Everything is so complicated and no clear picture. Too much rework and they do not provide any information. I have spent several days talking to them . Sever amandments is a painful and no help from Gas. I wish to have other utilities but no option
